Product Description
Whaleflo agricultural chemical 12v pump for small boom spraying as can handle more than one outlet at a time. This 12V agricultural pump automatically turns on and off when you turn the outlet on and off.
Specifically designed for several spray nozzles(2-6 nozzles) using agricultural chemical sprays. Pump only for intermittent use.
We also sell 60 PSI agricultural pump for larger boom spraying, and 100 PSI agricultural pump for use as a spot sprayer. This pump is not for spot spraying,if spot spraying and single wand spraying,please choose Model car washing pump FL3203.
FL series pump has four diaphragm pump.Whaleflo 12v fresh caravan water pump pressure vary from 17-60PSI, Flow from 10-17LPM.
Whaleflo 12v caravan pump chamber material made of Santoprene.The inside check value is EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) and Viton use widely for liquid PH value vary from 4-11PH value.
DP pump with 1/2’’(12mm) hose barb,3/4’’ male thread and 3/4’’ female thread.

Whaleflo FL40 Pump Application:
1.Home or caravan use: Add an accumulator tank if your set up requirements are much lower than the pump's output. for example:outlet flow in your set-up is 8-10 litres per minute. Water Pump flow is 17 litres per minute. Therefore there is an excess in pressure which needs to be accumulated in a pressure tank (accumulator tank).
2.Farm chemical use: If using this 24V water pump as a farm chemical pump using a single wand spray you will require a by-pass back into the tank to absorb any excess pressure. If you are using this chemical pump for a boom spray check the ratings on the nozzles. If the nozzles rating add up to much less than the pumps output of 17 L/min then add a by-pass back into the tank to absorb any excess pressure. This will protect the pump and help prevent pressure switch failure.
Also offered 12V model for caravans or 240 volts models used for food vans and coffee carts and around the farm.
