1.PUMP WILL NOT TURN ON
Poor Wire Connection - Verify connections are tight and battery is none- corrosion
Short Circuit - Check the insulation of the wires and replace if there are gaps or holes.
Drive Locked - replace the diaphragm assembly.
Pressure Switch Breakdown- replace the pressure switch assembly.
Incorrect Voltage - Check voltage and verify within range ±10%.
Fuse Blown - Check and/or replace the fuse.
2.PUMP CAN'T PRIME
Restricted Inlet/Outlet-Check the strainer, Hose, Valves,Remove any restriction from the inlet or outlet tubes.
Inlet Air Leak - Tighten hose fittings and/or replace broken fittings.
Incorrect Voltage - Check voltage and verify range within ±10%.
Blocked inlet valve - Clears the blockage of the valve.
Blocked inlet pipe - Remove obstructions from the pipe.
3.LOW PRESSURE/LOW FLOW
Diaphragm Wore Out - Change the diaphragm assembly.
Pressure Switch Wore Out - Change pressure switch assembly.
Inlet/Outlet Tube Restriction - Remove restriction.
Incorrect Voltage - Check voltage and verify range within ±10%.
Blocked inlet valve - Clears the blockage of the valve.
Blocked inlet pipe - Remove obstructions from the pipe.
Inlet Air Leak - Tighten hose fittings and/or replace broken fittings
4.PUMP LEAKS
Loose fasteners - tighten fasteners and hose connections
Diaphragm/Seals Wore Out - Replace the diaphragm assembly.
5.PUMP CYCLES WITH NO DEMAND
System Leaks - Tighten leaking hose pipe and fittings.
Pressure Switch Wore Out - Replace the pressure switch assembly.
Incorrect Voltage - Check voltage and verify range within±10%.
Air in System - Removes air from the system.
6.ROUGH OPERATION
Loose Pump Head - Tighten all the connection parts.
Rigid Pipe - Replace the rigid pipe with a flexible hose.
