Adblue Pump installation
Whalelfo adblue idspensing system has been designed and equipped for IBC?TOTE tank
installation. Any different form of installation must guarantee secure fastening.
All installations must be carried out by authorised and competent personal only.
Authorised persons must:
install the system in dry and well-ventilated place
Ensure the correct installation of equipment required for the correct functioning of the pump
Only use accesories that have been supplied with the system
DEF pump Application:

Urea Pump trouble shooting
The motor is not turning,it need to check three problem.
A,it maybe lack of electric power, please the electical connections and the safety systems.
B,It maybe the rotor jammed, pls check for possible damange or obstruction of roating components.
C, It maybe motor problems, pls contact the serivce department
The motor turns slowly when staring, it need check eight points.
A, Low voltage in the eletric power line, pls bring the vlotage back within the anticipated limitsB,Low level in the suction tank,pls refill the tank.
C,Foot value blocked, pls clean and / or replace the value
D,Excessive suction pressure,pls lower the pump with respect to the level of tank or
increase the cross-section of the tubing
E,High loss of head in the delivery circuit( working with the bypass open), use shorter tubing or of greater diameter
F,By-pass value blocked,contact the service department.
G,Filter clogged, Clean the filter
H,Air entering the pump or the cuction tubing, Check the seals of the conenctions Low Or no flow rate, pls check five points
B,Low rotation speed, check the voltage at the pump. Adjust the voltage and / or use cables of greater cross-section
C, The suction tubing is resting on the bottom of the tank, modify tubing properly.
D,Freezing of the pump or motor, Thaw the pump and check for damage. Staring a frozen pump can cause damage to the motor and to the pump itself
E,Leaks in the pump outler pipe,check the seal at the pipe's connections and inspect the pipe for possible damage.
Increased pump noise, pls check three points.
B,Irregular functioning of the by-pass, dispense until the air is purged from the by-pass system
C,Presence of aire in the liquid to be pumped, verify the suction connection.Leakage from the pump body, pls check the point.
