Today let me share a high pressure series pump, DP series. Carpet cleaner pump volt can do 12V,24V, 120V,230V to meet different kinds requirement. The flow is around 5.5LPM. It consisit of three chamber pump and check value made of VITON and EPDM.It can use water PH valu vary from 4-11PH.connector match with 3/8”Female NPT & 1/2"male thread Pressure value cary from 60-160PSI.Recommendation temp is under 140F.Pump can do with pressure switch or bypass. How to decide to bypass or pressure switch.Pls reference as follwoing,
Bypass pump system used in application that would normally induce frequent star/Stop of the pump motor. And it can crate a potential for overheating.Bypass model equopped with a switch may operate for several seconds even though the discharge side has been cloosed off.Modelsequipped bypass only will continue to run until power is turned off.
Pressure switch operation, the pressure switch reacts to outlet pressure, and interrupts power at hte preset shur -off pressure indicated on the pump. The switch will close and pump operatre until the shut-off pressure is achived. The shut-off pressure is set to factory calibrated standards.
How to mount the car wash electric pump
The DP series pumps are self priming, Horizontal and vertical prime varydepending on the fluid viscosity and pump configuration. Refer to the pumps Product Data Sheet.
ventilation. If mounted within an enclosure, provisions to cool the motor may benecessary. Heat sinks which attach to the motor are available from increased heat dissipation is necessary.·The pump should be located in an area that is dry and provides adequate
12V high pressure washer pump trouble shooting
PUMP WILL NOT START:
1,Fuse or breaker connections
2,For correct voltage (10%) and electrical
3. Pressure switch operation and correct voltageat switch or motor wires (as equipped).
4. Rectifier or motor for open or grounded circuit
5.For locked drive assembly
WILL NOT PRIME: (No discharge/motorruns)
1. Out of product
2.Strainer for debrisleak
3. Inlet tubing/plumbing; severe vacuum
4. Inlet/Outlet tube severely restricted(kinked)
5.Debris in pump inlet/outlet valves
6. Pump housing for cracks
7. Proper volage with the pump operating (#10%)
LEAKS FROM PUMP HEAD OR SWITCH:
1. Switch diaphragm ruptured or pinched
2. For punctured diaphragm if fluid ispresent at bottom drain holes.
3. For loose screws at switch or pumphead.
PUMP WILL NOT SHUT-OFF:
(Pressure switch equip.)
1.Output line closed and no leaks
2. For air trapped in outlet line or pump head
3.For correct voltage to pump(+10%)
4.Inlet/Outlet valves for debris or swelling
5. For loose drive assembly or pump head screws
6. Pressure switch operation/adjustment incorrect refer to S/B #1031 for differential and pressure adjustmentprocedure
NOISY 1 ROUGH OPERATION:
1. Mounting feet that are compressed to tight
2. For loose pump head or drive screwsV Does the mounting surface multiplynoise (flexible)
3. ls the pump plumbed with rigid pipecausing noise to transmit
